Founder & Principal

Jeff Redmon is the founder of Redmon Law Chartered. Jeff provides business and real estate legal advice in Minnesota and Wisconsin. For over 40 years, Jeff has been helping his business clients achieve their business summits, safely. Jeff leverages his knowledge, expertise, experience and networks to his client’s advantage. Through practical advice, Jeff challenges his clients to bring clarity to their vision, objectives and strategies. Jeff builds connections with his clients so he can better provide straight forward legal documents that address the critical issues and concerns of his clients. He acts as a trusted advisor to his clients.

Jeff is the Founder of Breakthrough Impact Group (BiG) that provides business owners a place to learn, get feedback and drive business and professional growth with an internationally recognized playbook and toolbox. Including both peer roundtable and business coaching with the team, BiG drives learning and focus into each team. Jeff also runs Inner Circle of the St. Croix Valley in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Inner Circles are peer groups for business owners. At monthly Inner Circle meetings, members guide each other in clarifying business and professional goals and thinking through means to achieve them. An Inner Circle acts as a business owner’s independent board of directors. Members receive honest, diverse, and direct advice from other owners who also want to get to the next level.

Jeff is an active volunteer, having served on his local school for 28 years. He has been an active volunteer with Girl Scouts for 40 years having served on the National Board of the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. and local board. He’s served as Chair of his local hospital and local YMCA boards. He serves on a number of boards in both the profit and nonprofit world.

Rich Lau joined Redmon Law Chartered days after it was created bringing his skill and diligence to the firm. He has earned the high designation as a Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Real Estate Specialist. Of the 5,000 Minnesota lawyers who

identify themselves as Minnesota real estate lawyers, fewer than 500 can say they are a Real Estate Specialist. Rich provides business and real estate legal advice in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Rich is a disciplined lawyer and welcomes carrying the legal load to help business owners achieve their business and personal goals. Rich leverages his knowledge, expertise, experience and networks to his client’s advantage. Through practical advice, Jeff challenges his clients to bring clarity to their vision, objectives and strategies. Rich takes pride in creating Jeff straight forward legal documents that address the critical issues and concerns of his clients.

Rich is an active volunteer, serving his daughter’s Girl Scout Troops and is very active on the Board of his church.
